If you require less than 5 items a set up charge will apply. Our standard lead time for embroidery is 7-10 working days; however this will depend on the size of your order. Contacted SMB wanting to get aprons printed for my catering truck and was dealt with by knowledgeable staff who got back to me quickly and answered all my questions.
Got the design files over to them, the aprons (we sourced our own) and within two days we had the final product in our hands. Great service and a good price considering we dont embroider stuff very often.
Highly recommended.
