We provide rapid response design, manufacturing and precision engineering services to customers in a wide variety of industries, especially in the space, scientific and high-tech sectors.
Since Paul's appointment as MD in 2010, he has doubled Frazer-Nash's turnover, and overseen a wave of investment in modern manufacturing tools and systems. His vision has helped us stay ahead of the curve with innovative engineering and manufacturing solutions, including our additive manufacturing capabilities.
Our UK manufacturing centre is set up to meet the needs of customers in high-tech sectors such as science and space, looking for a partner capable of providing low volume precision engineered parts, backed by a range of value-added technical and application services.
We have extensive CNC milling, turning and grinding capabilities, plus EDM and additive manufacturing systems, supported by full quality control processes, where we are accredited to ISO9001; we also work to the exacting standards required by AS9100.Frazer-Nash has four machines with integrated 5-axis capability, two Mazak i500, a Mazak i600 and a Mazak i700 all fitted with high pressure coolant and 18,000 rpm spindles.
