We provide professional advice to clients throughout the UK. Our offices are easily accessible by car, but we are always willing to arrange meetings at our clients' premises.

Services
Your initial free consultation will be with the firm's senior partner, Justin Williams and your affairs will then be allocated to either Sara, Louise or Sarah who will deal personally with your accountancy, audit and any other services you may require. We will prepare accounts from your records, which can be computerised or manually maintained.
We maintain accounting records for some clients, we also prepare and file VAT returns to HMRC electronically. The records are used to prepare accounts at the end of the financial year. We can attend your premises to maintain your records, or you can provide the information monthly or quarterly. Your records will be maintained by Sara, Louise or Sarah, who will also deal with your accounts and tax affairs.
If you are thinking about starting a business our senior partner Justin Williams is available for a free initial consultation on start up advice. He would explain the steps you would need to take in establishing your business, the tax implications and the bookkeeping requirements. We would need to consider whether you should be self-employed, or if you would need to form a limited company.
We maintain payroll records for clients using advanced computer software, which meet HMRC requirements for electronic filing of monthly and annual returns. You provide us with the amounts you want to pay your employees each month, we provide you with details of net pay for each employee together with payslips and deal with the administration required by HMRC.
