There was a time when food wasn't just food. It was a way of showing off. The Afghan Biryani is the dish served up on sunny verandahs and courtyards of grand homes - cooked only with the finest ingredients, the freshest eggs, the most fragrant rice, cashew nuts, saffron. It takes real skill to get the delicate spices just right, that's why it's the dish we cook to impress our guests.
This is an update to our King Prawn Butterfly - the ageing rock star of Indian curry houses. We marinade the prawns in tequila, fresh lime juice and just a touch of crushed green chilli - grilled in the tandoori clay oven. The result is something far edgier with a bit more attitude. Mouthwatering triangles of joy, also known as samosas.

One of the best Indians I have been to in years. I had come to visit family members who live in Bedford. They recommended Indiya as their favourite place to dine in. Where do I start, It was fantastic from the decor to the food. It was amazing, the service was excellent and the food was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will be back again.

Awful service we ordered online and waited a hour and 15 mins to be told it will be with us in 15mins which led to a further 45mins total 2 hours of waiting and still no food. First time ordering from them and I will never order from here again. We ordered way in advance so the kids could eat dinner at a sensible time.
Food: absolutely awful not worthy to be called a Indian it’s not authentic at all. Zero spices absolutely bland. Clearly catered for English people not Indians.

I have been recommended to go to Indiya restaurant by a client and then decided to take my friend to celebrate her birthday. We just loved it!
We were greeted with a very welcome maner (ever we popped in nearly as the restaurant was closing).
The food was amazing ( very fresh and rightfuly seasoned) the place was very stylist designed and staff very welcoming and polite..
Everything was amazing.!!
Definitely recommend. Will be coming back!!
Thank you 🙏

Came here while visiting Center Parcs Woburn Forest. Visited after checking other reviews. Did not disappoint! We went with children including one in a pushchair. The waiters were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere and nice decor.
Food was delicious, freshly cooked and well presented! Highly recommend the Salmon Tikka. Thank you for a great experience.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. It's a fine dine Indian restaurant very nice ambiance and clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Menu was full of great choice of dishes and even there drink menu was excellent. We ordered mixed appetizer and it was mixed with different chicken and lamb grilled items. It was seasoned and grilled really well. Very good flavor.
Main course we ordered chicken tikka spicy spinach and lamb rogan josh with garlic naan and keema naan.
Both of the dishes were very flavor full and meat was very tender and moist. Over all good experience. And one less star

This restaurant is very impressive, and has become the benchmark in Bedford. I've been eating out in Bedford for a long time, and can see how other restaurants have tried to emulate this one. I've even seen some of the dishes from Indiya copied by other restaurants. That's a definite sign of how good this place really is.
My friends adore this restaurant, which makes it our most popular destination when we eat out. The food is pretty special. Really tasty, and for the price it's amazing. You would think it would be more considering how popular and sophisticated this restaurant

Never fails! Never disappointed!
The dishes are full of flavour which is delicate and never oily.
The use of spices is perfect and the range of dishes is excellent. There is something for everyone.
The decor gives you a pleasant modern environment to eat in and it isn't cramped. The waiting staff have character and are polite and now know they can joke with me as a regular returner.
They are equally happy to prepare takeaway for you if you would prefer to dine at home. The food quality has been just as good even when packed into the plastic pots!
Big fan and always love to eat here when
