Excellent customer service and beautiful gowns! I used their lockdown, ‘post a dress’ service. They sent me photos of the dress beforehand and answered all of my questions. The dress arrived safely and was very well packaged. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I begrudge even giving this place one star! quite the opposite of the previous review! i had booked in for bridal and bridesmaids which in other shops can take up to 2 hours, in this place i was in and out in 20 mins! the service was absolutely terrible from start to finish!!! The girl i was dealing with had long dark hair and completely up her own backside (she didn't give me her name) she spent more time looking at herself and around her rather than pay attention to the one person she was supposed to! I am a normal size 14 and was made to feel like this place wasn't ''suited

After MUCH searching in and around Belfast, looking for the ideal wedding dress for my friend, we ended up here, based on a tip from another friend. It turned out to be the best idea we'd been given, because this bridal boutique is run by the nicest, most knowledgeable, approachable and helpful women you could meet. It's a small premises, but that only serves to make it feel intimate and inviting, and not at all daunting or pretentious, but a place that you can feel comfortable in - and it's stylishly decorated and tasteful too. My friend was given as much time as she needed to try
