Our most versatile and only truly renewable construction material, timber is precious and we treat it that way. Our management and production systems, as well as our timber products, have quality built-in. All the timbers we use within our business are home grown within the 300 hectares of Glasfryn Forest.
An integral part of our management of this historic resource is an organised felling and restocking programme, which allows more trees to be planted than are harvested. Harvesting is achieved with the very latest machinery whilst restocking includes planned planting programmes as well as natural reseeding.

Services
We can supply stakes, strainers, poles, ranch fencing and sawn timbers, all Tanalised(R). Bark on stakes, strainers and bunting poles are also available for temporary fencing projects, such as road widening and new pipeline constructions. Featheredge, waney lap, palisade and picket fencing panels are available Tanalised(R) and maintenance free.
Once machined all our timbers are allowed to air dry down to a moisture content of 28% or less. Using Tanalith(R) E, the latest generation wood preservative, our timbers and finished timber products will have a long and maintenance free life, fully protected against all forms of decay and insect attack.
