We deliver standard pallets, euro pallets and oversized pallets Nationwide offering next day and economy pallet delivery services. Been in communication with this company a couple times recently and I have to say, the customer service is extremely poor. A man named mick was the worst out the bunch. He hung up the phone on me multiple times mid conversation which I feel was extremely rude and poor customer service. If there was an option for 0 stars then that’s what I would offer this company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

We use Goodales on an almost daily basis and I can honestly say they are one of the best carrier companies we deal with, shipments arrive as promised and any queries are always resolved quickly and actioned by a real person who deals with the enquiry instantly or gets back to you so you dont have to keep telling the same thing to dozen of different people or pushing a button on the phone. Highly recommend them

I had to review this company to add to the many other bad reviews they seem to receive. The amount of bad reviews did concern me to begin with but I need to get a TV down to London from the North East and entrusted Goodales to do this safely. Bad idea. The TV got to London to get fixed but came back to me in a ripped box, with the top corners of the TV scratched & scraped - as well as the top of the screen damaged. It can only be described as looking battered and bruised and this was how it was delivered back to me. An utter disgrace. Not only that but I was told by Ryan to pay the delivery driver

Driver left expensive fridge out in the cold and rain IN ANOTHER PERSON'S BACK GARDEN completely violating my contract with the supplier which clearly stated that I be given 24 hours notice of delivery, that I sign for the delivery and did NOT agree to it being placed in a safe space. The company then tried to make it out like it was MY fault! The driver came back a few days later, TRESPASSED onto my property and took photos of my flat to somehow try to make up an excuse for his unacceptable behaviour of leaving a fridge in a neighbour's garden. Absolutely atrocious company and I will be reporting
