Shirt Monkey is a family run business, offering Direct To Garment (DTG) printing using top of the range Kornit Avalanche HD6 printers. Direct to garment printing is a relatively new fabric printing method where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric which results in exceptional "hand" (referring to how a garment feels once the image or design comes out of the printers), and offers more flexibility than screen printing in terms of quantities, color variation and turn-around time.

We offer a range of garment finishing services to give your printed apparel the retail finish! From woven labels to swing tags, each element 'finishes' your garment and turns a basic printed t-shirt into a much more rounded and finished product. Unpick and sew is a service which requires an existing seam to be unpicked prior to any relabelling taking place.
The open event will be available from 10am - 3pm each day, and all visitors will be welcome to discuss all open vacancies with a member of our team and undergo an informal interview with a member of the management team. We offer a 'print only' service for customers who are looking to supply thier own garments. However it is important to discuss this in detail with our sales team prior to ordering your own blanks as there are many things to consider prior to going down this route. Our sales team will talk you through the potential pros and cons of supplying your own garments before you make a decision on which route to go down.
The Kornit DTG machines offer unrivalled colour fastness and wash fastness in the DTG market. We advise all customers to wash thier garments at 30 degrees and do not iron directly onto the print. If you follow these basic instructions then your prints will last a long time! Unlike Screen printing, our water based prints are also much more resistant to cracking and peeling.

I would never normally write a review but I feel like I need to just to warn people like me who want to start a clothing brand.
I tried to start my own brand with these as the order fulfilment sounds great if your just starting up as it means you dont have to buy in bulk. But the whole 6 months I worked with them was actually painful.
Without going into detail because I'll rant all day if i do, heres a few things I experienced:
- paid to have labels put in clothes, they were missing
- other labels were put on wonky
- embroidered logos inconsistent and poor quality
- labels put on bottom hem

Scott and Emily have been amazing. Emily has been great with helping us with different prices and tracking down different apparel that fits our needs. Scott has been amazing with our design and making sure it is what we wanted. Very helpful and he has gone beyond is title to help us. It's taking us 6 months of testing from other companies. We just wish we found Shirt monkeys sooner as would of saved us alot of wasted time. We can't wait to start our journey with Scott and Emily and the hole team behind them.

First time using Shirt Monkey, great service all-round. Sales team were quick to pass on my design to the design team and get my invoice to me.
My designer was great, sent me a mock up quickly. I had an amendment to the design and it was changed straight away.
