I ordered a bespoke sized, obscured toughened glass, bathroom door and associated furniture. The total amount being over £600.00,
I obviously had to get everything correct, as there was no second chance.
I was lucky enough to place my order with Sue, who obviouly has made it her business, to know the product and it's manufacture thoroughly. Sue patiently guided me through the process of measurements etc, making sure there were no mistakes. I orderd with confidence!
Sue ensured I was able to collect the door in record time and now my bathroom has a posh door

Absolutely pleased with the set of doors - it took a while but this family run business is unique with the care and attention to detail no small point is a issue- would thoroughly recommend this firm for exquisite internal doors

Just paying another joiner to replace and fit the doors that we had from Elegent doors. Happy to share photos and forward emails to anyone considering using them.
Surface mounted hinges, doors swinging in the frames, French doors with one cut shorter than the other, different sized gaps around the doors, poor quality hinges used, grub screws missing.
We received a refund of £75 for the fitting of one door, this didn’t help with the fact it had been reduced in size so you could see around the sides.
We found Sue to be rude and most unhelpful and Alex sadly was a less than average joiner. We
