Contacted David on a Thursday concerning an external french door that had failed in the locked position. He was very busy but said he would try to fit us in as soon as he could, which turned out to be the very next day. When he arrived he took one look at the door and commented "It's an SEH, I can do that". His experience was exceptional. He knew exactly what to do to pop the door open, with minimal damage. Not only that he had all the necessary tools and parts on his van, he replaced the broken gearbox, serviced the sliders, adjusted the hinges and even offered to fit new door handles to replace

David replaced a sealed glazed unit for one with a cat flap. He was very quick to respond and came out to measure up and sent a quote through all in the same day. The unit was installed within a few weeks and I am very pleased with the quality of his work.
