Customer service is an absolute joke it’s pretty much none existent after they have taken your hard earned money. Fitters turned up one day for about one hour and then said thats all we can do today we haven’t got the right equipment with us. The door we ordered 3 months in advance turned up a week late and Was the wrong size which meant having to book even more time off work. They didn’t screw the roof edge guard back on after replacing the fascia’s so it fell off a week later. And when I rang to tell them they just said we didn’t touch that so it’s not our

The definition of cowboy builders! The window they fitted is leaking left right and centre. I called them out to fix it and gave them the benefit of the doubt, yet I now have the same problem and they are refusing to take responsibility despite multiple opinions from different tradesman about their negligent workmanship.
Never again will I deal with this company, nor would I reccomend anyone to do so. An absolute disgusting disgrace!

Would never use again. Customer service is none existent. Turned up late, only stayed 90 mins on the first day, had to phone them to see what was happening. Had to take extra time off work for them to complete the job. Rubbish left for 2 days. Had to request someone to fix the snags. Really disappointed.

Very poor service from N and P. They have fitted a Rock Door in my home, it has various major issues, it is too small and has been mismeasured, it has numerous other issues and has been fitted badly. I have complained to the company but the refuse to rectify their sub standard work. I warn you.... Don't give them your money. They are very nice at first but if you complain they turn very nasty, I has one of the directors shouting at me on the phone. Very bad.
