L sealer shrink wrapper machines are used to create a bag of heat sensitive shrink film around products. Attached Shrink Tunnels then apply heat to the bags, shrinking and tightening the film to provide strong glossy packaging and protection. L-Sealers are a perfect medium volume shrink packaging solution and are able to wrap up to 15 packs per minute.
The seal temperature is dual adjustable (for both the transverse blade and the trim seal). PTFE coated transverse sealing bar with an average life span of over 1 million seal cycles!. Specially developed heated blade trim sealer unit offers extremely strong seals, virtually maintenance free and without the problems of heated wheel systems.
Our SPO Polyolefin shrink wrap film is a low cost, strong, high clarity, multi-layer material which enables thinner gauges to be used while maintaining excellent pack integrity. Centre folded polyolefin shrinkwrap film for use on chamber type shrink wrap machines and Automatic L-sealer and tunnel systems with trim waste wind.

Traveled to this company to ask about Poly film for our Amazon product and on arrival was told to "Come back later, it`s lunch time". Asking what gauges of film they stocked was told "Hav`nt got a clue". Avoid these clowns at all costs!
