This is a completely unique centre for families and children, and we're based in Royal Arsenal in Greenwich, not far from Woolwich town centre!
Under 1 Roof is just under a 10 minute walk from the Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Railway stations, as well as Plumstead Railway station. If you're walking or cycling, scooting or generally coming without the car, we are easy to find. Once in the Royal Arsenal Riverside, head towards the iO Centre (everyone is so helpful there, so just ask if you're lost or call us at 020 3247 4417).

Great for under 3's but not so much for 4 or 5 year olds its very baby like and not much for the older ones to do. Soft play and toys are very basic and my 4 & 5 year old are bored after half an hour. The hair salon on the other hand are amazing for everyone they are so welcoming and kind and accommodating.

I won’t take my children back to this place again. The place is a bit boring. Not much toys there. The only good thing is the space and that’s all. Some of the toy s are old and damaged. The soft place area is a bit smelly. You can feel the owner doesn’t really take care of this place. Park is better.

Lovely play area however the cafe staff let it down big time! The first lady I was served by last week was great but this week she was unfriendly, argumentative and just miserable. I clearly said what I wanted to order and regularly order the same hot drink but never had an issue before. With her she didnt get my order right then said 'you didn't say that.'
Not professional and clearly she was not listening well enough to have picked up a simple order.
When the service is bad it affects the whole outing/experience!

My son had his birthday today. I honestly could not have asked for anymore from the staff. The venue was absolutely perfect for the occasional. The staff went far and beyond to make sure the party was a success. They were always willing and happy to help. The whole team is an asset to the company. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for making our little boys day that extra special.

Nice place to take little one's although over the years it has become overpriced (£4 1h30min soft play area session for under 1 year old). I've known this place for 5 years now. I can clearly see how accommodating and appealing they're trying to be but it hasn't "grown" much after these years.
The Cafe has also seen better days; before they had a far more varied menu and super tasty. Paying £7 for a ham&cheese toast and a latte is way over priced!
But considering the nil other places one's got around Woolwich, it's worthwhile going every now and then.
