Thyme Catering

Established in 2006 catering largely in the East Midlands Thyme begun as a private dinner party business run by our owner and head chef working usually as a team of two. Our business has now grown to include 2 branches of Thyme catering, a mobile bar business and a Worcestershire based restaurant.

All our meats, fish and vegetables are locally sourced we also guarantee that any fish or meats used in our menus are as fresh as possible and have never been frozen. Whether your planning a family dinner party, wedding or buffet you can be rest assured that here at Thyme catering we will provide you with only the most fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

As well as providing excellent food at dinner parties we feel it is vitally important this runs alongside friendly and helpful service. Our front of house team are fully trained and have a great knowledge of our cuisine. They provide continuity and professionalism to all our events and help to ensure your corporate event, wedding or dinner party is a success and runs as smoothly as possible.

We all had such an amazing time on Saturday night, and loved every course of the Greek Mezze, there was so much choice and variety, and everything was extremely tasty and well presented. We were also impressed with your cocktail making skills with a very limited and random selection of spirits! It was a very relaxed evening and you catered for our every need, including the much appreciated Greek Dancing lesson!
