Elton Properties is a family run business that has been established since the early 90's we offer a full property letting management and maintenance service. We are successful and well respected letting agents based in Swadlincote. Over the years the business has grown significantly and we now have a substantial portfolio of managed property, much of it by personal recommendation.

Our Services Report

An energy performance certificate is required on all properties that are to be let or sold. A copy of the gas safety certificate must be provided to the tenant and a copy retained for records. Legionnaires disease is a serious lung infection it is usually caught by breathing in small water droplets of contaminated water.
