Had a bouncy castle booked yesterday for my sons 1st birthday I rang them yesterday morning after having it booked for over 3 weeks from the website to then be told yesterday the morning of his party that he doesn’t cover my area so was left in tears trying to find a bouncy castle from else where right before his party! Didn’t seem bothered that he didn’t cover my area when it says Manchester I live in Manchester I just wasn’t happy with the customer service standards. Maybe you need to start checking your online orders and if you don’t cover certain areas let customers
