Shocking customer service, can't admit they made a mistake by loading 10 foot concrete posts at an angle when they should be laid flat. Now my posts have cracks all the way round so am waiting to see what happens when we get strong winds. Approached the company owner who clearly wasn't;'t interested. If I'd have known that the posts must be stored and transported flat, I'd have arrange for a delivery instead!

We used Lemon for our fence run along an elevated boundary. They supplied the panels, concrete posts and gravel boards. They provided the fitting but we understand they used contractors, not Lemon installers. This was a bit of a concern as they were not sure what to do regarding the difference in ground height between us and our neighbours. They completed the work and it was inspected by Lemon. Now after 8 years, some posts are leaning and Lemon do not want to know. Apparently they no longer do repairs due to the high volume of enquiries. So much for our custom as we thought they would be there
