Mark Transport

Had a problem with my car, got it booked in and they sorted the problem in no time. Also able to get my M.O.T done at short notice, got me out of a hole, really grateful. Will definitely use these guys again.

Reliable & honest.
By reliable, I mean I took my car to the garage due to a fault. They diagnosed the fault and repaired it and it worked.
By honest, I mean that I recieved an itemized breakdown of the costs and they seemed fair.

Without doubt the worst mechanic I have ever known. Can't be bothered at all. Booked by minibus in for an MOT, which he had worked on before, when i arrived he said he could not do it as it is a different class of vehicle. Why did he not tell me when i booked. On the same day had a fuel leak and he would not fix it, saying he had mot's to do!!!!!! I was one of the supposed mot's. He just cannot be bothered. To sum him up, we were talking about a possible second lockdown due to Covid 19, his words were, "Bring it on, the first lockdown was the best 2 months of my life". That goes to show his lack

Been using this company for 5 year's after a recommendation from an engineer and i have 4 cars and 1 van. They are always helpful, honest, understanding, charge good prices and are easy to deal with. Couldnt ask for better.

We've been using Mark Transport for over a decade - I read the bad reviews about them here so had to come back with a positive one. We've found Adam and his team to be consistent, accommodating, and reasonable. We've have had no problems with their work and we've never felt ripped off. They look after a small fleet 6-8 vehicles for us and we have no plans to go elsewhere.

I have used Mark Transport for various types of repairs, regular servicing, bodywork and MOT (including engine problems with my Hybrid car once) for last many years. I found them very genuine honest and prompt everytime. I would definitely recommend them anyday.

I've been taking my cars and I've had quite a few, to Mark Transport for years. I've had MOTs carried out, servicing and quite recently the brakes on my Focus ST.
I always find the communication to be faultless whether it's by email or phone, and clear and concise customer service. Clear indication of price and work, to be carried out and all in an acceptable time scale. Genuine parts used whilst car is under manufacturers warranty if required. Mark Transport is well situated and convenient for public transport and I will continue to use and recommend them.
