Don’t use Courier Logistics. I left a note on my door to say we’re to leave the item. The driver photo my note and went away without leaving the item. All the other courier companies I use are fantastic. Seems this company are sub contractors for APC. And by the way APC website is useless as well. So they are a good match!!!

Dreadful. Delivery was scheduled for 13.05pm to 15.05pm from the Rotherham depot. Rang depot later. Asked where my furniture was. Advised them I had arranged for someone to wait at the property from 12.30pm. Contact tried to get in touch with the driver twice. No answer. Told me she couldn't talk anymore as she had other calls to deal with and I should reschedule for tomorrow. I am very annoyed. It is now 17.53pm and my people have had to leave the property. I think that my supplier should consider using another courier with organised logistics.

Live tracking worked well & delivery came in the timeframe given. Driver brought massive 10kg box to my door (first floor flat) and was really nice, polite & efficient (and wore a mask!)
I've knocked a star off as I wasted yesterday in waiting too, but that was an admin error on their part as I hadn't been expecting the delivery till today anyway - I was expecting the worst after reading other reviews here!

Without doubt the consistently worst courier - I'd go with literally anyone else for my monthly delivery but this is who my supplier chooses. Nearly every parcel is damaged to a greater or lesser extent. And today, yet again they don't show up but also don't update the tracking, wasting my time when I've cancelled customer visits to wait for them at home. Lovely lass on the phone but the company itself and it's drivers just don't care.

The primary function of this business is to deliver parcels. It's not particularly difficult and whilst things can go wrong, the lack of care and consideration by this company is quite outstanding. Can't remember the last time this APC depot delivered parcel to me without issues. Will try to avoid in future at all costs.

Absolutely shocking... I have my medication sent through this privatised excuse for a post office and I've had to wait over 5 days for my medication. First day that it was supposed to arrive, no sign of the delivery driver anywhere. I'm assuming they just walked up to the door, looked at the call buttons on the wall and said "nope, COVID risk carn't be doin tha."
Now, today, I was not notified of the re-delivery that was supposed to take place. No e-mail, no text message, no nothing. I really only knew that they scheduled it because I looked on the tracker and the date of delivery had changed

Absolutely no help at all, worse courier customer service ever!!! Sounded fed up over the phone saying courier had run out of time???!!! Annoyed I’d an understatement!!! This is a present and we need both boxes as one was delivered and one was not!!! I would never use apc ever!!! To deliver my parcels!!! Staff I spoke to just could not care less , I will be taking this further!!! No sorry or anything!!! Apc is an absolute JOKE!!!!! And some of staff need a lesson in customer service!!! The 2 I spoke to definitely do !!!!!!

Delivered a parcel that was a large amount of money, left unattended even though specified not to.. Parcel goes missing. Weeks and weeks later nothing has been sorted. And now my account has been blocked! Absolute shambles of a company. Blocking my account has only done me one thing, a HUGE favour by forcing me to take my business parcels elsewhere.

I should have had a parcel delivered this morning, when it didn't turn up, i thought here we go.
As it turns out the driver did try to deliver it, but seller put the wrong number address. (%^$%)
I contacted APS in Rotherham and spoke to Stacey x 2 and Jade. They were great, helping me out and confirming what i needed to do and once that was complete confirming it would be delivered straight away. The driver didn't have to come back the same day, but did. Thank you for that.
Overall APS did a fantastic job and the service was excellent THANK YOU COURIER LOGISTICS

So! I left a review (negative) as you fluffed up my delivery. BUT you have rearranged my delivery, apologised and mistakes happen. It’s not the end of the world, you’re not late delivering an organ or anything, so I originally amended my review but it wouldn’t let me amend where I’d put I don’t recommend you so I deleted it and wrote this one instead. Seems fair considering you’re trying your level best during difficult times. Thank you for your help.

This company should not be trading!! 10 days I have been waiting for a "Next Day Delivery". The first time they delivered, Fair enough I was not in and they left a card... Re-booked delivery, took the day off work stayed in all day... Nothing. When I phoned the company they said the driver had been and took a picture of My "RED Door", Next time try knocking or ringing the doorbell. Phoned numerous times and tried to go and collect but due to the pandemic that is not an option. Told them to return it to sender and I will get money back from Amazon. Not worth the hassle this company is a disgrace

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to hannah at courier logistics, after missing the delivery this morning i should have had to wait 24 hours before collecting, or rearrange delivery which would have had to be… monday as i would be out tomorrow (friday), she found out when the van was due back in (approx 5pm) and allowed me to pick the package up then, even though they officially closed at 5. Why was this parcel so important.. well it contains the ashes from the crematorium of my beloved dog who died last thursday. Hannah was brilliant and very understanding, thankyou Hannah and Courier logistics

Trying to rearrange a delivery - web site doesnt work, email doesnt accept incoming, hours trying to get through on the phone (given up). Bad.
