Would not recommend. I put in to hire a paw patrol bouncy castle for my sons birthday party and the theme was completely different to what I ordered and someone I’ve never heard of… no explanation to why and I booked well in advance for it! Also, I payed for the castle early and they kept on saying they haven’t received any payment (which they did)! Explained this on the phone and said they would speak to the manager… not even an apology for all the texts and calls I have been getting! Absolutely shocking service!

Kings castle hire saved our wedding day. We had a cancellation 2 days before our big day and we needed to entertain the children and also some adults on the day… you came through and we are forever grateful.… They went out of their way to deliver as we were outside of their delivery area, it was very much appreciated.
