I booked a car with this company the day before I flew from Manchester, asking to be picked up from my home in Manchester. The email confirmation came through okay. The next morning, at 6 am, my car didn't arrive and getting worried I called 5 mins later when there was no sign. I got an answerphone and then, finally, a call back. They said they would track down my car and told me to sit tight when I said I would book a local firm. 5 minutes later, they sent a text to say they never got my booking and (despite the confirmation I received). Will never use this firm again - their booking system
