GK Joinery has been trading since 1978. We have a small dedicated professional workforce that has been supplying traditional joinery products to the construction industry and public from our premises in Stroud, Gloucestershire. We can offer many different types of joinery, from traditional box sliding sash to Bi-fold doors. All our joinery is individually made, and to a very high standard that we pride ourselves on.
Services
Traditional box sash with weights and pulleys can either come single glazed or with slim double glazing (see our glass section). They are used in properties which are listed or in a conservation area, or where a customer wants to keep a traditional look to their home. All box sash windows come with fully fitted weather seals.
We can manufacture a great variety of doors, screens and gates, everything we make is bespoke so can be made to the design of your choice. All joinery projects are crafted from start to finish by one of our skilled joiners. Our door frames come fully weather sealed, with a water bar fitted to inward opening doors as standard.
Conservatories can be a fantastic extension to your home and living area. We can work with your architect to carry out the work from plan, alternatively, we can offer you design ideas or replicate your existing conservatory. With the advances in modern glazing we can achieve low U values so you can enjoy your conservatory all year round.
A staircase can be an integral part of the design and flow of a house. GK Joinery pride themselves on delivering to customers a high quality product that is tailored to their needs, both in design and materials. We will discuss all parts of the staircase design, and manufacture it exactly as you want it.
Bi-folding doors are an excellent way to increase light and open your home up to the outside. We are very experienced in manufacturing bi-folding door systems and can advise of the best configuration to work for you. You can select any timber of your choice and we have options of different glass types which can help improve the insulation to your home.
