Services
Since 1979 Design and Flexo have been supplying the Flexographic printing trade with high quality artwork origination and polymer printing plates. Over the years we have become renowned nationwide within the Flexographic industry for our excellent service and quality. Throughout this time our values have never changed.
Our conventional plates are produced on a cyrel platemaking system and can be ordered in all plate gauges from 45 thou to 250 thou. Digital plates are output via our Flexrip and made in our ESKO Cdi Spark system. Strict quality control checks are carried out at every procedure during the plate making process to ensure that the customer receives the best quality product.
