We needed our house cleared before moving in-Paul and his team were brilliant. So professional, hardworking, fairly quoted and then complete the job quickly. I had underestimated the amount of rubbish to go by quite a lot but he did not increase the price, as agreed. Very friendly! - would strongly recommend.

Paul and his team showed great professionalism and care in helping me relocate from London to west country. They moved lots of furniture and belongings one day, then returned the next to clear my London house. At all times Paul was ready to give sound advice on how best to organise the move - and remain sane at the same time! I respect and admire the extent to which unsaleable items are donated to a charity.

Where do I start ? This company was just perfect. They dealt with the clearance of my late mums house. They did this with sensitivity, professionalism and were reassuring throughout what was an emotionally difficult couple of days. They even found my mum and dads wedding album! Also coming back for a 3rd day.
I liked the fact items from my childhood home would find a new home for those who need anything that can be reused. My mum would have loved that.

We recently used Manor Clearance to clear our flat before selling. Paul was fantastic, he managed to fit us into his schedule at short notice and did a great job. Communication was excellent and Paul kept us updated throughout the process which was helpful as I was overseas at the time.

I used Manor Clearance to clear out my father's house in Leyton after his passing. I was travelling over from Ireland to arrange clearing out of the house. I had quite a tight time window for the clearance of the house as I was flying in and out the same day. The guys from Manor Clearance were there early waiting at the property when I arrived and didn't leave until everything was taken care of. They made a difficult situation for me totally painless and took care of everything. I even requested some of the contents to be donated to a specific charity, which was organised with no hassle. My experience with Paul at Manor Clearance is second to none. Paul has organised two house moves for me and a contents valuation. He also went out of his way to guide me with his knowledge on property which helped me to secure a secure lease deal.
