Red Rock (RR) has just taken over management of the apartment block where I live from a previous company, under RTM. Staff have been excellent so far. I would like to single out Stacy Head one of the credit controllers at RR for particular thanks. Stacy dealt very promptly and professionally with queries concerning the transfer of a credit amount from the previous company and explaining terms of an invoice of an invoice to me in a very clear way. Thanks also to Stacy and her colleagues Jess and Megan for their help too with a separate query.

Very recently had cause to call the accounts department as I couldn’t open some account documents that had been mailed to me and was put through to Stacy Head in credit control. She was super help full and professional and in no time at all the documents arrived in another format that I could access. Great friendly, helpful and prompt service. We used Red Rock in our block for almost 3 years. Their level of service and responsiveness is appalling.
We had many issues with them even after we decided to change the management company. Currently, there is an open dispute with them about unpaid invoices to contractors and the use of our funds.
It's gotten to the point where we are looking for legal advice.
Do not use this company.
Update: Following up after Red Rock's comment below. They have failed to justify where our funds were spent and haven't provided evidence to justify the disputed charges. We are now receiving unpaid overdue invoices
