Services
We focus on sourcing coffee with distinctive character from growers dedicated to producing outstanding crops. We're constantly introducing new coffees into our line up as we discover new beans that are just too good not to share. We respect the coffee farming community and the important role they play in our industry.
We are an independently owned and family run business, forever curious and ready to transform the way coffee is served. Established by Dominic and Daniella Boyett in 2009, the mission was to offer great coffee whilst making it accessible to everyone. We have dedicated the last decade and more to learning, working hard, and building more than just another coffee brand.
Eagle One Prima by Victoria Arduino - is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock. The one group espresso coffee machine ready to bring wherever and whenever the VICTORIA ARDUINO coffee experience. Eagle One Prima is called this way because Victoria Arduino believes it is the first step towards a new frontier and will overcome many boundaries.
Why not let the recipient have the choice of what coffee to purchase and when to purchase it, or they can grab some new brewing equipment, or some recently run out of filter papers or whatever they want! All gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed against purchases made via the Ue Coffee Roasters web-shop and cannot currently be used in-store at any of our company owned stores or cafes.
There are a variety of different brewing methods when it comes to making coffee and there is not necessarily a right way to make it. Coffee is a personal thing and the right way is how you like it best. That said, there are of course a few fundamentals which will help you to achieve your goal of brewing the perfect cup of coffee.

We do most of our shopping in Witney, and always have a cup coffee and a bite to eat each time, and we tried this place, as we’ve seen the signs on the Burford Road. It is basically a shop in a warehouse with a few tables, and also with outside seating. The regular Americano is the size of most cafe’s double-espresso and it had a weird metal taste; I didn’t drink most of it. The regular latte was also small, there were no flavour syrups available, and it was devoid of anything special on the coffee taste. I originally asked for a filter coffee and was told that this would take 10 minutes

This place has changed out of all recognition - what a transformation! The only constant is the excellent coffee and tea. They don't seem to advertise the tea as much, but they do sell the Jeeves and Jericho brand, who are as artisan as the Ue coffee. A much larger café now, with covered outdoor seating too and an improved range of homemade cakes (GF brownies 👍). I've bought both tea and coffee for friends' Christmas presents - great eco-friendly packaging (another positive change) that looks like a treat, fit for a pressie. The picture taken is actually of their sister café in Witney town

I was here on the 24th November for lunch with my family, but the coffee machine was broken. We were served two v60 filters both of which lacked flavour and quality. Food was okay but too salty and customer service was not great. We were not offered refund for the drinks even after complaining about the coffee with constructive feedback. It was loud, noisy and really cold in the cafe which made our stay uncomfortable to say the least. Really had high hopes of this place but we were let down by coffee, food and the ambience. I hope they improve all this, especially the coffee quality, as that is

I love this place; the food is outstanding and the cakes are to die for! They deserve the 5 stars all by themselves.
With it being such a popular destination I do think there should be another machine for making hot drinks. Our friends waited so long for their drinks today that we had finished eating our food by the time they arrived.
However! I do love this place and will be back. Thank you 😊

Favourite coffee shop serving my favorite coffee. My family and I go through 1kg beans every 2 weeks and it is where my wife and I go for a quick Saturday morning date. Cakes are great. My son and I did an evening batista course which was a good father son event {although he has also trained my daughter on how to use my coffee machine and teenagers leave everything dirty).

Brilliant. Excellent coffee and good food too. Lovely to be able to sit by their production area (there is more room away from it by the way) and to be able to smell the coffee beans. Pleased to see it was quite busy. Really worth driving a few miles to it as I did (beware that car parking isn't exactly abundant).
