Brendoncare Nursing Home
Brendoncare is a registered charity, dedicated to improving the quality of life for older people through our care homes, close care facilities and social clubs across the South of England. We operate care homes across the south of England, each with its own distinctive character, some with specialist dementia units.

We have four close care sites providing the independence and security of home ownership, together with access to many caring and communal facilities, giving peace of mind. Brendoncare's community clubs are friendship and wellbeing clubs dedicated to providing older people with opportunities for social interaction and to meet new friends in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Services
Brendoncare is a registered charity, dedicated to improving the quality of life for older people. Care, choice and community are at the heart of all that we do. Brendoncare's mission is to care for older people with dignity and respect, providing care for life in care homes, and tackling social isolation through friendship and well-being clubs.
Brendoncare employs over 700 staff throughout its care homes, clubs division and in its central office in Winchester. A large number of volunteers also assist with supporting residents in our care homes, running clubs, fundraising and social events. My passion and drive is being able to provide quality care for older people and being part of Brendoncare allows me to do this.
Brendoncare was formed in 1984 by Winchester GP, Sir Ronald Gibson, a champion of the rights of older people. Convinced they were often let down by the institutions that looked after them, he pioneered the idea of tailoring the full range of care to fit the changing needs of individuals - always offering care with discretion and dignity.
Brendoncare's mission is to care for older people with dignity and respect, providing care for life, in a way that maximises our residents' independence, safety and quality of life. Our care includes both care homes and independent housing with care, providing for the needs of each individual.

Our Care for Life promise provides security and peace of mind to residents and their families, ensuring that when a resident can no longer afford the full cost of their care we will support them financially to remain with us for as long as we can continue to meet their needs.
Brendoncare operates care homes across the south of England, each with its own distinctive personality. Our care homes provide a wide spectrum of services, according to location, including nursing care, end of life care, intermediate care (rehabilitation services), specialist dementia care, residential care and respite care.

A very caring place, conscientious about keeping residents safe and looking after them. Staff are always helpful and concerned for those in the home. It has a good size lounge and attractive gardens. The meals take account of the special requirements of the elderly.
The management team are outstanding on their dedication. Unreservedly recommended.

Wonderful care home. Caring, attentive, lovely staff in a home that cultivates a happy atmosphere. Very impressed by the way they handle difficult residents; patient and respectful in sometimes trying situations. My dad couldn't be in a better place.
