He knows how to create the "wow factor" when it's called for, but his real skill is in understanding what you want and preparing food that is just right for your occasion whether it be catering in a marquee, a party at home or at a wedding venue. Laurent started his professional career as an apprentice under mentor MOF Jean Claude Pastoureau in La Baule, France.

We opened Chez Vous Restaurant in the village of Warlingham, Surrey in 2011. Our relaxed atmosphere and contemporary setting promise a refreshing dining experience with every visit. Chez Vous Events Ltd was launched in 2000 by Founding Partners and Executive Chefs Laurent Pacaud & Martin Bradley. Back then we operated in partnership with our sister business La Barbe Restaurant in Reigate.

I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Thursday evening. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment of what was a double birthday celebration. My son Andrew and I had a lovely time at Chez Vous yesterday evening. We were looked after very well by Ludovic and the young waitresses and it was nice to have a chat with Laurent.
As you enter the lounge bar you are struck by the unique modern atmosphere emanating from the lime green and aubergine marshmallow stools and cube seating. This stylish colour match coupled with the Swarovski crystal ball lighting oozes sophistication; while the tub seats and Indian rose wood coffee tables give a homely feel which you can really sink into with a mug of freshly brewed coffee.

A special birthday celebration for two of our party of four. Wow wow wow. It was amazing from first contact with Ludovic, right through to when we left. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was delicious the bubbles were yummy the wine was too, the staff are wonderful.
What an amazing find this restaurant is.
We arrived to a bottle of delicious bubbles on ice to start the celebration off in style, pre arranged with Ludovic.
The menu is amazing, so hard to choose. However we chose very well. Escargot de Bourgogne, Smoked Duck Breast, Garlic Sautéed Prawns with Parmesan Sauce, Caramelised Onion
