Services
The Nursery has a large Baby Unit, which at full capacity can accommodate 12 children aged 0-2yrs. It's a big step starting nursery and we aim to make that transition as smooth as possible for parents and children. We offer settling in sessions which allows parents and children to become familiar with nursery and feel comfortable safe and secure so that they can make the most of their time here with us.
Your fees will include a morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and light tea depending on which sessions your child attends Nursery. If you wish for your child to attend on an unscheduled session (and assuming we have space) this will be charged at 8.00 per hour. Where the extended session is for more than an additional hour, payment will be required for a full day.
Every child deserves the best possible start in life and support to fulfil their potential. A child's experiences in the early years has a major impact on their future life chances. A secure, safe and happy childhood is important in its own right, and it provides the foundation for children to make the most of their abilities and talents as they grow up.
During each session, the children have the opportunity for a drink and something to eat - such as fresh fruit, toast, dried apricots or things the children have made themselves. Fresh drinking water and a selection of fruit is available for the children to access throughout the day. If your child has a special dietary requirement or allergy to certain foods, please let us know.
We like to arrange visits to the Nursery before your child starts attending regularly. These will give you a chance to chat to the staff meet your child's key worker and see the sort of Nursery Program we offer. It also gives your child an opportunity to settle in and get to know some of the children he/she will be playing with.
