Our gym, studio, driving range and family friendly golf course in Hildenborough is just a short drive from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Our gym covers 200 sq meters and incorporates work stations, spin studio and assessment room. Along with our team of trainers, Hilden Park Gym offers a unique personalised service supporting individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals.
Our 9 hole parkland golf course features tree lined fairways and a variety of hazards offering an enjoyable golfing experience to golfers. While the golf course is maintained to exacting standards it offers exceptional value. The fully floodlit driving range has just been completely refurbished with new targets, mats and range balls, LED Bay Lighting and Toptracer Range technology in 24 bays.

Services
With six Par 3 holes and three Par 4s the course offers the new golfer a fantastic experience and a challenging test for the more accomplished golfer. No membership or booking is required, though we would advise calling to check availability. Our "open to all" policy allows for a relaxed dress code.
Using the most up to date technology, the ball is tracked by cameras, giving ball speed, distance, spin rates, height and side spin and converting this information onto screens in each bay. It also offers the chance to virtually play some of the best courses in the world and has fun games for families and friends to enjoy playing competing against each other.
Our gym situated on the first floor at Hilden Park Golf and Leisure Club occupies 200 sq metres of floor space, incorporating work stations including power plate and a dedicated free weights section. Becoming a member at Hilden Park Golf and Leisure Club offers many health and lifestyle benefits in a friendly and informal surroundings.
Growing Golf was founded by a small group of golf professionals and enthusiasts who simply love the idea of growing the sport in every way possible. We passionately believe in the physical, social and psychological benefits that golf provides for everyone who plays it. As a result, we aim to provide a coaching programme and playing opportunities that engage, inspire, and challenge everyone we work with!
As an official Golf Club Fitting centre for all major brands our team of experienced golf professionals are keen to ensure that every golfer has the clubs that are right for them. Our custom fit sessions allow you time to make the right selection without feeling pressurised to buy. As a family friendly club we also stock a selection of Kids equipment including, US Kids and Callaway Kids.

Danny and Pauline provide an excellent service regarding their Golf Club and Gym. Their sense of fairness and level of support is extraordinary when you compare to other such clubs. The members of staff there are friendly and helpful.
The gym is more than adequate with plenty of kit and space. The golf course is great to learn on and the driving range is excellent. I'm really pleased to have joined.
