Chiropractors are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions which are due to mechanical dysfunction of the joints and their effects on the nervous system. Chiropractors use their hands to adjust the joints of the spine and extremities where signs of restriction in movement are found; this improves mobility and relieves pain.
Chiropractors are health professionals who specialise in treating musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. A chiropractic adjustment, sometimes also known as spinal manipulation, is a complicated yet straightforward procedure. What Complimentary health Centre Do? Complimentary Health Centre uses a wide range of medical practices.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ) are listed questions and answers, all supposed to be commonly asked to us. Increasingly, GPs are recognising chiropractic as an effective complementary treatment, particularly for back pain. You do not need a GP's referral to visit a chiropractor as he/she is trained to recognise conditions which are beyond his remit and make appropriate referrals where necessary.

Dr Michael Gould has treated me for many years at the Chiropractic clinic. He listens carefully and explains the treatment and respects your level of tolerance. He has helped me feel better over the years with my various complains (tennis elbow, lower back, neck...). The staff is always kind and polite and they all do their best to fit you in quickly.

Absolutely bruised! A week after a session, which lasted 12 min, after waiting 15, because they were running behind. Complete ripp off. Only had 3 sessions, of which the initial one lasted 30 min, the following two were between12-18 min. Was told I am going to be given excercises to do at home, but 'yeah next time'... and had to purchase an icing bag that is not helping the bruising what so ever. Very very disappointed!

Disappointing experience.
I have no doubt to that DR M Gould is highly experienced and knows what he is doing.
However i felt like a number throughout my many sessions. I'd shuffle in 15 mins, shuffle out. Crack my neck, and back, and do the same maneuvers.
He would say inappropriate things like 'Rome wasn't built in a day, book another appointment on the way out'.
It's clear to me that Dr Gould is thinking about the volume of appointments that he has rather than the best way to treat people.
I'm now with a physio that i should have gone to in the first place; and that i feel his expertise

I used to see Dr Gould for neck pain and headaches on several occasions when I lived in the area. I always found him very professional and he put me at ease when I was nervous about the treatment. The entire clinic environment is very friendly and welcoming with great facilities for their patients. My neck always felt so much better after seeing him and I have recommended the clinic to family and friends who still live locally.
