The new owners of this apartment (within a converted 19th Century Mill) lived over 4,000 miles away in the USA and needed an interior design firm they could trust from a distance. They also ran their own design and build business in the States and knew exactly 'what good looks like' - so no pressure on this one then!
With two teenage daughters and demanding work schedules, our busy professional clients wanted a one stop solution to design and manage their longed for modernisation of their home. With no time and no interest in trailing around shops, searching on line or managing tradespeople when they could be making much better use of their limited family leisure time, they were only too pleased to hand the whole thing over to THM.
