When you see very low star ratings liked this company have means they are doing something wrong...., I'm expecting a reply now but no excuse from NCI reviews are there for a reason .....
avoid at all cost, they have renewed my policy automatically then 2 weeks later wanted other paperwork and driving licence otherwise they would cancel policy .We work long hrs and struggle to find time to send outstanding paperwork and we called NCI but long waiting times and no answers resulted in they cancel our polity. although NCI took another payment of around £33.00 few day AFTER they cancelled our car

This company is dredfull. First they would not allow me to change vehicle on my policy, that I paid 12 months in advance. Then they informed me that if I didn't pay £60 for change of address they would cancel my policy 2 months early with no refund. I was spoken to like dirt, I have never been more upset dealing with a company. The guy I spoke to was offensive, and aggressive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If there's -0 star I would give it to them , the worst car insurance company ever. hours on the phone no one picked up the phone and then I called them later on , no one answered the phone. I even called the pet insurance and still no answer. I have called the broker which is close brothers (Their lovely partner) Worst worst worst company ever . Omg I can not believe that u have 2 star and no even a good review!!! I still have no idea why I have joined you!!!

So I insured a fiesta with this company my car broke so I tried to swap to a mini cooper and was refused cos my car was a higher spec. They forced me to cancel my policy and now trying to charge me money because of this. Will be seeking advice 60 quid Is a lot of money. I even explained I lost my job due to corona virus didnt seem interested. So taken a policy else where and will he seeking legal action against this company

Poor outfit not to go with or it'll cost you if you do don't use their website cos when you do & get a deal that looks affordable when you you end up speaking to someone it doubles in price so you end up cancelling & they charge you £55 a poor broker I done better myself & got alot cheaper & better offers. You only have to read the reviews it says it all. I was due a phone call about my money back still waiting ☠️ AVOID NCI Scam an easy money outfit. STAY AWAY AVOID or they've got you.
