I ordered a door with them and on 3 separate occasions they told me it was in and arranged a time to come and fit it. I took time off work and then they just didn't show up. They never returned calls and caused me a great deal of inconvenience. 4 months later they gave me a refund and said they weren't able to help me. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Gw joiners did my new wooden double glazed windows throughout my house and I am one happy customer!! From start to finish this company was professional and most helpful in assisting me to decide what it was I was looking for. The chap that came to assess the job listened to everything I was looking for and did not try to talk me into something that was out with my budget. The end result is superb, the quality of workmanship is fabulous, I have good attention to detail and I am so happy to say that g.w joiners do too.
