I cannot recommend Tiles and Stone Direct enough. The staff have been fabulous in helping me choose floor and wall tiles for my new kitchen along with arranging for work surfaces to be cut and fitted. They have been polite and courteous throughout along with giving valuable advice. Most importantly for me was the speed and efficiency of the service.

I was looking for something very specific to tile a large area in my house, and I visited every tile shop in Chelmsford. Tiles & Stone Direct has a unique inventory, and they were the only shop that carried my ultimate favourite (an Italian porcelain wood effect plank tile). Not only that - they were the only place that carried the runner up!
But choosing the tile was the easy part. Figuring out what we needed, finding craftsmen who could do the work, etc. was much more involved. Sagren was very helpful in planning our project - he even looked at the floor plans I sent him on his holiday! He walked

Sagran , really took his time to help me select my tiles , helped in choosing the correct one and gave a lot of positive input , tiles were delivered according to build plans and complications , however Sagram was flexible and very communicative , best tile shop and a lot of TLC given throughout the experience , will never go anywhere else as this has been the best experience and selection as well as customer service has been outstanding in comparison to other shops around Essex. highly recommend it 5 star treatment
