Hutchison Heating provided me with a high standard of service on two occasions. My wife was 9 months pregnant and the gas board shut our supply off with no assistance, due to a marginal leak they could not find. I called Mark who attended the scene in 60 mins and resolved the leak immediately, turning the heating back on.

Thanks Mark for saving our weekend. We had no heating or water from Friday morning, made a few calls to other plumbers, who were just not interested, have the time or just didn't know the problem. One call to Mark, he was with us by the afternoon and found the issue and if parts were available would have fixed there and then. He then ordered the part, picked up in the morning and came around fixed. Very professional service and very extensive knowledge of the boilers. Highly recommended for our plumbing needs.

When our shower packed up I wasn’t sure if it was electrics or shower unit. Mark came round the next days morning to investigate and thoroughly looked at all aspects to find that the shower unit was faulty and no issue with my electrics. I could then use this to go back to supplier and complain and for them to resolve. Thanks mark.

Re: Installation of a New Gas Boiler
I write to thank Mark for the installation of the new gas boiler, control system and cleansing of the central heating system. The system is working much more quietly, more efficiently and the house is warming up much more quickly than before.
My wife and I were very impressed that the work was done without creating a mess all over the place and furthermore that the house was left clean & tidy with all rubbish taken away for disposal upon completion. It was also appreciated that the work was done as scheduled, in the projected time and within the quotation
