We confine our activities to South Cornwall ensuring we can provide our services with the personal touch and attention to detail for your individual requirements. Many owners are pleased to have the responsibility taken over by someone who is always on the spot, holidaymakers also have someone to refer to as we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.

Services
Provision of a 24 hour emergency call out with daily availability 9:30am -6pm for day to day enquiries for any problems which may arise during your tenants stay. Notifying the owner of any damage or missing items and (if required by the owner) replacing same at owners expense with articles of a similar nature and value entirely at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd discretion.
South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd take special care to understand the unique needs of each of our clients. They have continued to look after our two properties in Mullion, Cornwall ever since. Both Vanessa & Craig have always been very service focused & have looked after our properties as if they were their own.
