Would give 0 star if I could! Absolute disgusting behaviour from staff. Music is decent. Be careful when buying bottles of drinks as the staff sold open bottle that the content was exchanged for much lower quality of drink, which tasted like if it was just scraps of old drinks... Will not be going again!

Spend loads of money on a bottles of Belaire which tasted old and like its been in the fridge for ages. Asked the waiters to taste, but didn’t have any knowledge about champagne. Unfortunately, didn’t get any refund or a new bottle. The bottle has been at least 1 year in the fridge, looking at the label (old design).
Bouncers act like goons thinking they can boss you around the rest of staff are walking around clueless. Really don’t recommend spending money in this club, unprofessional service and no knowledge about the products they sell.

DISGUSTING bouncers! Don't waste your time and don't wear flat sandals! Heeled sandals or trainers are fine though. (Makes no sense). They told 1 lady with a hat on she couldn't wear it, then let a guy behind her in with a hat on. Wouldn't let a guy with delayed speech in because he "sounded" drunk. Even though he was'nt drunk

Would not recommend. They are crooks. They hired the club to someone for birthday party and they still took our money and took us upstairs . They were playing songs which I never hear of. We later realised it was the music from the party. They were lying that afrobeat will start at 10PM.dj came around 11PM. When we asked the dj when he is going to start he said after the party finishes. It was my hubby birthday and they ruined that special day for us. If only they were honest we could have changed plans which would allow us to celebrate. Very disappointed

The bouncer that was letting people in on Saturday, September 18th around 11:30pm was absurd. He stated NO HEELS to me yet he let two other females with ballet slippers and trainers in before myself. We bought tickets for the event beforehand, he still would let us in. I'd never come here again, or recommend this club as the bouncers were unfair, disrespectful and illogical. This was our first time here and we had a pitiful experience.

Do not go to this venue for a specific event with tickets. This company took advantage of the Euro Final and sold tickets for a good night to enjoy the final on big screens. This company is a joke and gets you there early to spend money on beer that they don't have. TV'S were supermarket TVs and they weren't prepared at all and ran out of beer after 10minutes of getting there, the TV was on iplayer so the commentary was delayed and the whole set up was a shambles. The food was ridiculous at £15 for 6 small chicken wings and small chips and the waiters try to con you when ordering beer, I ordered

La lounge has always been one of my favourite night club experience in the capital. I cannot think of any club which guarantees a fun-filled night week in week out. From the bouncers to the bar staff, every one seems to carry a friendly manner about themselves. I'd also like to recommend booking a table in advance with Daps (Mr Everything Sold Out) if you're in a group for amazing hospitality. Definitely a 5star experience.
