We have received amazing and excellent customer care and service all round when ordering from Lunar Bifold Doors. Khan could not have been more helpful, polite and prompt to respond to our queries from initial enquiry to quotation all the way through to receiving our amazing bifolds and tilt and turn window. We ordered a 3.6m wide 4-pane bifold with integral blinds, 1.5m wide 2-pane bifold with integral blinds and accompanying tilt and turn window all in anthracite and the quality received is fantastic - just like the price in comparison to other manufacturers out there it was way more competitive

Absolutely amazing serviced ordered the doors on Saturday and the doors were delivered on Wednesday
The communication was spot-on delivery was booked in confirmation was sent and doors were delivered on time I then got an email with all the instructions on how to install the door and a contact telephone number for technical support if need be
The quality of the doors are amazing high standard and would highly recommend Them to anybody do you not pay over the price use this company They are faster quicker and the quality is by far the best

Outstanding- Khan and his team were really extraordinary and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Incredibly helpful when deciding what doors to get (I frequently changed my mind, but settled for the 3 pane bifold) and then amazing delivery service. They turned up, built the frame and advised on all the fittings working long into the evening, despite the fact that they were fasting because of Ramadan.
To cap it all, I emailed Khan last week to mention a small problem with one of the seals. Omar then returned within a couple of days and with no prompting refitted all the glass (we hadn’t
