Services

Balbirnie Park Golf Club invites you to come and play one of Fife's finest parklands. The course respects and accentuates its natural parkland surroundings, with tree-lined fairways that flow toward well-maintained greens that are well protected by strategically located bunkers. Set within 140 acres of Fife woodland in Markinch near Glenrothes, the present-day layout was opened in 1983.
Balbirnie Park Golf Club is introducing new Corporate Packages that can be tailored to meet your business or social needs and we would like to invite you to have a look at our options to see whether one or more of these might benefit your company. Advertising is always necessary to keep your business in the minds of potential clients.
Despite the inclement (!) weather early on, plus a rain delay, the competition was completed by 67 pairs, with the majority of the field ending their rounds in sunshine. A big thankyou to all the volunteers that assisted during the day, to Scott and Emma in the pro shop, Heather and her catering team, and to Craig Stafford and his greenkeeping team for helping ensure the competition went ahead.

Food rubbish to put it politely. Ordered fish and chips. Peas stone cold, chips luke warm, wish a bit warmer but batter was barely cooked and unedible. My wife's onion rings were also battered and undercooked as were my sons chicken goujons.
On trying to pay the bill with cash which they were reluctant to take and following a conversation with the manager finally agreed to do so.
It was like the hotel was doing us a favour by taking our cash. I didn't realise cash had been outlawed.
I realise it may be hotel policy to only accept card payments but you should still make it just as easy to accept

We had a afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary and even tho the surroundings were beautiful and the staff were amazing the afternoon tea itself was left wanting! The scones were over cooked and practically snapped in half! They were tasty but could have been so much better. The sandwiches tasted lovely but were very basic and had hardly any filling. Lovely polite staff in amazing surroundings but I'll be stopping on the way home to fill me up.
