As a first time buyer the whole process was very daunting. Laura was fantastic though! Not only has she got a wealth of knowledge but she really goes above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend AV Trinity. In this instance as a mortgage advisor, Laura was very helpful to myself as a first time buyer explaining everything at all steps and accommodating my need to have meetings at later hours. Further advice beyond the call of duty was also given to help in the circumstance that this is a process I have never been through before.
The service I received was much greater than that of large well-known suppliers who were not interested in helping once the case gets a bit complicated.

Laura went over and above to help us with our mortgaging options when we had a number of factors to balance out. Really helped us navigate through it. Laura was very responsive and had options worked out for us very quickly so we could make an informed decision, particularly when things didnt go as planned. Would certainly recommend.

Always feel that good advice has been given and professionalism stands out. Knowing what a minefield investments can be it's reassuring to feel that someone is actually trying to do their best for your investments.

I'm massively impressed with the service I received from Katherine McLeod. I wish I had used her mortgaging services from the beginning. She's managed to knock 15 years off my mortgage at a lower interest rate than I'm currently paying. Wow! She was highly professional, explained everything so I understood properly and very quick with her results.
