And so we thought you might like to know a little bit about us too. At its heart Lifestyle Designs is a family business, started 15 years ago by Michael Telford.
Michael started in Consett, steadily growing the business from being to just him to now having a team of staff, a stunning showroom and the most advanced factory in the Durham area. We are still proud to based in Consett and welcome enquiries from Hexham, Gateshead, Newcastle and beyond. With a choice of kitchens from Second Nature and Burbidge, bedrooms from Kindred and the widest range of appliance names including NEFF.

Choosing to get a new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom is a big decision and choosing your designer is often an even bigger one! We understand that around Consett and Durham there is a huge amount of choice in designers and fitters. Some have showrooms, some don't. Some have websites, some don't. Then you find one you like and they don't supply the Neff oven from The Great British Bake Off that you had your heart set on.
We are also exceptionally busy this summer, which is great, but we may struggle to answer the phone during office hours, so please do email us with any questions and we'll reply asap. Lifestyle were absolutely brilliant. We had new doors fitted in the kitchen and some extra touches which they recommended for us. Throughout the whole process lifestyle were so helpful, kept in touch and always on hand to help give advice and let us know what they could do for us. Nothing was a problem. They were really efficient, they let us know… when they would be there and kept us informed of what was happening all the way through the process from picking the kitchen to the installation. We are so pleased with the kitchen and would recommend these to anybody looking for brilliant quality
