Just bought a Lexus RX450 from Boss Motors. I am in hospital at present undergoing treatment and as you can imagine stress levels can get high.
The service in my case was second to none. From the initial sale which was pleasant and agreeable with the luck penny which gives me the feeling of a very fair deal from a very fair company. I had to ship the car to Northern Ireland via MVT Armagh. Bosss Motors keep me full informed.
The car was delivered on Friday to my partner who is totally over the moon not just with the car but the quality for the price we paid.
I will without question use Boss

We had such a fantastic experience purchasing our 2016 Range Rover Sport Autobiography. The sales representative provided the best customer service and even out of his own money provided us with a luxury bottle of champagne. The car was immaculate and exactly as the advert suggested. We purchased without test driving as felt so comfortable. The sale included the part exchange of our Mercedes which was a effortless experience. The after sales were fantastic. From first contact, the service required was excellent, very informative and made purchasing during this lockdown period a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble from the offer of live walk round videos, to help with dealing with private number transfers. First class service throughout. Mike was excellent throughout took time to show round car in detail and sorted all paperwork for part-ex, transferring ownership on the spot to them and sorting my road tax refund as well as registering new one to me.
New car is great, as described by them. I would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Boss Motor Co not only sell car’s they actually have a interest in them . I only had dealing’s with Mike but he was very helpful & up front, nothing was too much trouble. The cars we’re immaculate, nothing I could fault. I bought a Lexus RX450h in White and it’s stunning and we are over the moon with it. Thanks Mike for a Sterling Service.
