Following the implementation of the Landfill Directive, the industry has needed to fundamentally change the way in which it manages oil sludge treatment and disposal. Our objective at Yellowstone is to provide a sustainable cost-effective solution which maximises recovery of hydrocarbons and recyclable inert fractions and minimises both the volume and organic content of waste going to landfill.
Yellowstone offers waste water, grey water, bilge water and cargo slops disposal for all aspects of the shipping industry, this service is provided by our own tankers removing the waste to our own treatment facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We provide a packaged waste service collecting rags, filters, waste oil, paint tins, batteries and aerosols.

Fuel blending consolidates waste materials which then leads to energy recovery when reused for other purposes. A useful fuel source is created in the process and can be used in cement kilns and for other energy generation processes.
