Local or national, they have always been on time, even on very short notice. Carrying heavy equipment worth 1000s, and unloading it into position with the hiab, I wouldn't ask anybody else.

Amazing customer service...NOT! Just tried calling and the initial answer was far from professional, which made we want to hang up before asking to move £10,000s worth of equipment. We called to get a quote and the guy didn't sound like he wanted the work, was rude and commented about us wanting to tie our job in with another job to keep costs down. Nice work Mitchells Haulage. Good luck to you guys. The other reviews look just as good!

One star more than I would like to give but cannot post without a rating. Will take a job on but does not see it through, makes excuses for being unable to carry out the job as expected. Communication is almost non existent but is rude when you do contact him. To get the job done I recommend IKL Transport.
Have finally had a reply after almost a year !!!! Nothing illegal about the job we requested -- The job was accepted,,,,,,, after 10 months we are still waiting to hear if the truck that was going to do the job has been repaired !! ---- anyone who wishes to use this company _ all I can say is

Just called for a quote, a person tells me to send an email request. He asked if I have his email address and I say no, as I just found your number off the internet. He says, ok, send me an email then, bye and hangs up without giving me his email address! Turns out the other reviews were not wrong in saying there are more polite companies out there...
