As an umbrella body, Riada is registered with AccessNI to submit Basic, Standard and Enhanced criminal record checks for employers and organisations. AccessNI authorises umbrella bodies to provide these services to organisations and businesses. An Enhanced check contains the same information as a standard check and police records held locally.
Riada Personnel provides practical hands-on HR guidance and specialises in providing advice to SMEs. Reviewing or drafting Terms and Conditions of Employment and Staff Handbooks to ensure compliance with current employment legislation. Disciplinary or Grievance hearings - our role can either be as an advisor to a disciplinary panel or we can take the responsibility of being an external panel chair.
