As an employee at sycamore rise on and off for over twenty years of feel I have been fully supported by both the owner and the manager both in work and out and feel with the support I've been given I've been able to achieve a lot in life things out never thought I would and I thank them both fully for giving me that support. I class my self as good supporting caring carer to all our residents and would highly recommend this care home for your loved one 100%

Serious shortage of staff...
Kitchen far to small to cater for residents with tiny cooker, no dish washer and far too old, especially now as added new wing so more residents. No time to shower the elderly who are not able to wash themselves so left for weeks if not months before they can have hair wash and shower.
Dementia patients in small sitting room along with the elderly so crying and abuse by them fired towards the non dementia residents.
The only good points are that the non managerial staff are very friendly and helpful towards residents but are having to cook and clean as well, so not
