House Gecko is an innovative Architectural and Interior Design practice based in Hadnall, Shrewsbury, serving Telford, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Cheshire, Wolverhampton and the Black Country. Leanne Millichap founded the company in 2009 after graduating and spending five years in private practice working on large scale projects.

Great interior design requires so much more than the selection of materials, lighting, colours and fabrics. At House Gecko we understand the importance of good spatial design but we also listen to our clients so we start with questions such as who is going to be using the space?
Leanne from house gecko was fantastic from the very start. She drew up plans for our office, utility and boot room and also helped us to plan out the interior. It was really useful using an architectural designer like Leanne as she was able to solve space problems in innovative ways. I would highly recommend House Gecko and will definitely be using Leanne to help with our kitchen and orangery project.

An exceptional service provided by a friendly and professional Architect. Leanne was able to not only meet our needs but exceeded them in both the product which she developed but also the design which we settled upon.
Excellent value, we had originally started with a different firm which we thought was charging the norm for the product we received. However, following a friend’s recommendation we spoke with Leanne at House Gecko and have been delighted with the service she has provided. Reliable and very reactive to some of our changing ideas, Leanne was able to take our rough, big handful ideas

Our project posed many many difficulties. We required an extension to our balcony, underpinning for our balcony and an entirely new design for the balcony to be considered and designed. We also required internal modifications to be completed also. Our garden is sloped with differing levels to work with to make it even more of a complex project. I was recommended House Gecko for the architecture and interior design and all I can say, is thank goodness I was. Leanne has been an absolute dream to work with, she has listened to our needs and worked with us so effortlessly, it has been a pleasure working
