I recently bought a used Suzuki GSX1250 from Lloyd at Alpha Motorcycles, having seen their advert online.
Although I live in Sussex, and conducted the entire process by phone and email, Lloyd made sure that the entire purchase process was smooth and hassle free, and gave me a fair price for the Yamaha that I was trading in towards the Suzuki.
The bike that I have purchased is exactly as described, and they even went as far a re-MOT'ing it although it had 8 months MOT left, and servicing it as it was due a service soon (how many dealers would do that? Very few I suggest!).
Overall I can't fault

So helpful and reassuring. My partner brought his bike from here and had it repaired here after being knocked off. The garage the insurance sent it to lied and tried to write it off. We called Alpha who said they would look at it. They called back to say that the bike was repairable and was happy to fix it. Picked the bike up 2 days ago and could be happier with it. Thank you so much

Popped in to look at helmets... As a new rider I felt quite daunted at going in naive but was helped by the staff and felt looked after and not sold the most expensive kit but given recommendations on suitability and within my budget... Helmet came in cheaper than I expected so I bought gloves too. Really happy with the service and will be back soon

Motorcycle dealership, sells brand new stock as well as secondhand motorcycles. Deals in mainly Japanese bikes. The staff are very friendly here and they do not make you feel pressured. I popped in here once as I waited for my bike to be moted round the corner. They had no problem with me hanging around and looking at the bikes. They were happy to answer any questions.

Rudest people I have had to deal with, need to go on a customer service course.
Phoned and asked a simple question, guy just went sorry got to go I'm serving and put the phone down. Little did he realise I was actually across the road and there was nobody in there.
Strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of nice bike shops around that area who treat you with respect. Theses guys are just clowns

I went here expecting to take a bike out for a test ride before committing to buying, as you would naturally do. The bike was £8000, a decent price much like the rest of the bikes there, but I cannot spend that sort of money without getting on it...
They explained that the bike had low miles on it and that it would be a struggle to get a test ride. It was out the front ready to go, but they were being very awkward about the miles. They asked if I needed to test ride it. They asked if I just wanted 5 minutes. They then looked to see if I would test ride another bike with the same engine, but completely
