I needed a new diverter on my shower only 18 months old and was told I needed a whole new shower instead. Made little or no effort to repair rather he preferred to put in new shower at cost I consider expensive. Failed to leave me with details of manufacturer and my five year guarantee on this new shower. Very evasive about new shower details and has not given me the guarantee for a shower at the expense of £400. Clearly very unhappy. Would NOT recommend this plumber to anyone. Aug 2021 .
